Thanks! I was at 185lbs and 27%bf on day one then on day 90 I was 158lbs and 9% bf. The nutrition guide helped me dail in my diet. I stayed on the fat shredder plan all they way through because that's the fast way to loose fat. I also cut my calories to 1900cal/day. I did not cheat once and did not miss a workout. And that's it! Let me know if you need some help or have questions I'd be gld to help. Which program are you doing and how far along are you?

Amazing results! I have been looking for a little inspiration to get me going. I just purchased the P90X workout videos and schedule from a friend who didn't complete the program. When did you do your workouts (time of day) and was it difficult to push through some of the longer workouts? Right now I am trying to figure out the best time of the day to work out so that I will stick with it and get into a routine. I have a hard time waking up early, but if I wait until the end of the day I an too tired and won't do it.

Hi,

I worked out in the mornings everyday before work during my 90 transformation. I choose to do it in my morning because I wanted to make working out and getting healthy a priority. Too often things will come up during the day or after work that will get in the way of you working out. By working out in the morning you get it done and out of the way and plus you will have the most energy in the morning to bring it! After you knock out your workout in the morning you get to enjoy the rest of your day.

What helped motivate me through the whole program was I put up my day one pic on the wall of my workout room. On those days I didn't want to workout or just had a hard time pushing it to my limit seeing that day one pic always help remind me that I never want to look that way again. The last thing that really kept me motivated was getting connected with the right coach/mentor that helped me find solutions to problems I had with the workouts i.e. modifying pullups and dialing in my nutrition.

I also want to add that dialing in my nutrition was 80% of the equation that got me my results.

I hope this helps give you some tips on how to start off on the right foot. Feel free to reach out to me if you need any help or have questions. You can add me as a buddy also.

Zhen-

Thanks! The plan for success is simple, but its the consistency and knowing how to do it right that's key. Best of luck on your first round! You'll do great.

Your day one pic looks like my body. The difference, is I struggled with p90x.. I'm on my fifth attempt and I still look sloppy. I am currently into week two of my 5th time on P90x.... and this is more than a year later.

I'm happy this works for other people.
