I decided to try Insanity again, I gave up the first time. I feel great for working out today. I'm already kinda sore, any advice to keep me pushing harder?

My only observation is that once you adapt to Insanity (took me about two weeks) it really becomes addictive. It gives a terrific endorphin rush, and leaves you feeling great! I think that becomes its own motivation, if you can stick with it through the beginning.

I think having really clear goals and knowing why you want to do it will help you stick with it. Write those things down and look at them frequently to remind yourself. Plugging in with a team is a huge help too.
