I ordered insanity a couple days ago and Im waiting for it to arrive. Im only 20 but i had a baby and havent been able to get my body back so im hoping that this program can help me. I've been looking up videos of people success stories and just looking up everything I can find on the program, and I think Im starting to get a little discourged. What if I cant do it and what if its too hard? What if I dont get the results that I want? I know I probably dont have the money to follow their meal plan. Maybe someone can give me some advice and a little motivation.

Hello, dont get down before you even start. Get motivated and be happy that you just made one of the best decisions you could have made!

You cant worry about everyone else. You can only worry about yourself and the things that you can control. Do your best and forget the rest! Dont worry about the people in the dvd either. You will struggle at times and you may faulter, but thats when you get right back up and go at it harder then you ever have before.

No one is saying its gonna be easy, but you 100% can do it if you put your mind to it and be determined to finish! There is ways to eat clean cheaply. Just have to be smart. You can do this! I know you can. I wish you nothing but the best and if you need any assistance id be happy to help you! Good luck!

Insanity is tough but well worth it. I have completed it once and i definately seen results. Dont expect to be able to keep up because I do a lot of physical work and i couldnt keep up untill week four, then they make the workouts even harder the next month. The best advice I can give is go at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and keep pushing through. If you do, you will see results. Just dont give up and dont get discuraged. You can do anything you put your mind to.

You can do this!! Just dont quit!! I struggled through the warmup the first time I did Insanity. I pushed myself to make it through the entire workout, but I took many more breaks than they do in the dvd. Do the best you can do and that will be good enough! Dont worry about keeping up with everyone on the dvd, you will notice even some of them have trouble too so dont beat yourself up, just do you best and keep going no matter how many breaks you need to take! Make sure you finish and you will feel awesome!! Stick with it and dont give up!! keep pushing play everyday!!!

Get excited! It is hard and you're going to struggle but that's what gets you the results! I am on week 3 and I stop a lot more than the people on the video to catch my breath and then jump right back in and just do my best throughout the entire workout! Just don't quit! I have 2 babies (3 and 1) and I feel better already and lost 6 pounds in two weeks! I don't follow a meal plan I just watch what I eat and you need to eat 5 small meals. I just eat lots of fruit and more veggies than I used to and try not to eat things I know are junk! You'll do great girl, you just gotta make a commitment and stick to it!

Not to be the mean kid on the block but, why think this way? Have faith in yourself and ask what if I kick some serious butt?!? What if I can make my 20 year old body look like a super sexy 20 body who people would never think had a child already?!? OR what if I put the will power to quit and give up into the trash and find the will power to push hard and each day I wake up thinking "I'm doing this because I want to see just how great I can truly be"?!?

Here's a thought...we could switch...you could be 33 with gray hair, 160 pounds, size 11 and 3 kids...not to mention the before photos I had to take...UGH! You can do this and you are gonna be great at it!!!

Head up, abs tight, and BREATHE it will all be worth every drop of sweat that falls on the floor!
