Hi Gavinha! Way to get the double work out in! South Florida?! That must be nice! It was in the 30s when I woke up this morning - lol! But, it did turn out to be a beautiful clear blue day and I did some work out in my garden after my workout this morning

Are you logging your workouts in supergym? I try to log all my workouts there. That way, I know what I am doing every day, can see if others are doing BBL, and of course the daily entry is a good thing

Well, week 2 is officially out of the way and now we are on our way to axing and sculpting ourselves into week 3 - woohoo to us! Keep it up abbelle and congrats on completing week 1!!! I always think getting the first week done is the hardest unless you are used to working out everyday. After I finished my Insanity program last year, August, I have hardly worked out at all

So, I love these programs. I'm hoping one day will come and I won't have to have a program to keep me working out. Ideally, I'd like to have a routine ingrained in my head

For me, it has been nice to get a routine down. I am not sure if I can visibly see any changes yet, but my body sure feels like I should see a difference ;) I did put myself on the scale the other day and I've lost 3 pounds - so that is a good thing

I'm not going to try to lose all the weight with this program, but this will definitely get me moving in the right direction
