Hi! I started BBL, first time, on January 28. I just started week 2 today and would love some workout buddies emoticon I did the insanity program last year and totally loved it! I try to work out around 330 pm everyday. If you want to help keep me motivated and accountable then I will do my best for you too! Hi ladies!!! I also started on the 28th. I'm also doing the pear solution and then combination. I have to finish it this time. Last year I did the pear solution and could see awesome results, but never finished the combination, then came a long vacation followed by the holidays and all my progress went down the drain!!!! I should finish the combination 2 days before my birthday, so I'm hoping I start 29 with a better booty!! What are your goals? I'm trying to lose about 20lbs and tone up.

I hope to get some slimming, lifting, and weight losing accomplished with this program.
Gavinha-this will be an awesome 29th birthday present to yourself!! Last year, the completion of the Insanity program was my 30th birthday present to myself emoticon

I think I sent both of you a buddy request. I typically work out in the afternoons after work and before dinner. I am doing the too big solution because of all the cardio. I did Sculpt last night - I hate that one...lol

Would love to! I'm starting a bit after you (started Tuesday, Feb 5,) but we can still compare notesemoticon good to hear you saw results even without finishing the program... imagine what a full course will accomplish!

I'm only hoping to lose, say 10 lbs, but i've never been that low, so don't know how possible that is. It's inches and muscle mass i'm after... preferrably in the bum bum!!

Pretty excited to see what Leonardo can teach me!

I just did Sculpt today. I am learning to love it. I'm pretty flabby and now I can feel the muscles hiding under my layer of fat so I'm loving that feeling. I noticed the combination has cardio mostly every day. I'm hoping all the cardio the second month will burn off the layer of fat and the new muscles I'm building this month are going to finally make an appearance. Are you guys following the diet plan?

Gavinha-I'm not doing the diet plan, but I've definitely cut out the naughty foods lol!
I did bum bum and axe today! Phewie! I've got a pretty mean chest cold right now, so it was a bit of a challenge. Hopefully I will have it nipped before next week. I think I have sculpt again tomorrow...doh! Lol

Glad to hear you girls are giving 'er!

i hurt my knee yesterday (klumsy) so i'm considering this week a 'soft' start, will start hard again on monday. not great, i know! but i don't know my knee can handle much dancing or squats right now. will do some walking over the weekend at least.

has anyone done the Combat workout? think that might be interesting to try once my booty is back 'up' where it belongs!

I didn't work out today - we had some sunshine in Oregon today, so I went and played in it all afternoon emoticon That means today will be my rest day and I will work out on Sunday to stay on track!
abbelle - I haven't done the combat, but I have another buddy that is doing it and she absolutely loves it! When this is over, I want to do another round of the Insanity program. If you have it - let me know emoticon Sorry to hear you bummed your knee up! I'm still working on killing this bug that I have. Hopefully today will help with that and I'll be ready to get back in high gear.
I'm planning on doing a measurement/weigh in check when month 1 is over...then I'll do the final one at the end. My beachbody coach has done several of the routines and said she saw the biggest results with this, so I am excited to see the end!

Hi ladies!!!! I had a busy friday and saturday and didn't have time to workout, so today, I had to do Cardio Axe, High and Tight and Sculpt. Needless to say, I'm exhausted.
I'm from sunny South Florida.
I'm not following the plan that's on the book, but I'm using my fitness pal and tracking my food intake.

Hi Gavinha! Way to get the double work out in! South Florida?! That must be nice! It was in the 30s when I woke up this morning - lol! But, it did turn out to be a beautiful clear blue day and I did some work out in my garden after my workout this morning emoticon
Krista - I'm glad you are still here with us emoticon Are you logging your workouts in supergym? I try to log all my workouts there. That way, I know what I am doing every day, can see if others are doing BBL, and of course the daily entry is a good thing emoticon

Well, week 2 is officially out of the way and now we are on our way to axing and sculpting ourselves into week 3 - woohoo to us! Keep it up abbelle and congrats on completing week 1!!! I always think getting the first week done is the hardest unless you are used to working out everyday. After I finished my Insanity program last year, August, I have hardly worked out at all emoticon So, I love these programs. I'm hoping one day will come and I won't have to have a program to keep me working out. Ideally, I'd like to have a routine ingrained in my head emoticon One day...lol!

For me, it has been nice to get a routine down. I am not sure if I can visibly see any changes yet, but my body sure feels like I should see a difference ;) I did put myself on the scale the other day and I've lost 3 pounds - so that is a good thing emoticon I'm not going to try to lose all the weight with this program, but this will definitely get me moving in the right direction emoticon

Anways, again ladies, congratulations on another week's completion, keep pushing play, and I look forward to our continued amazingness into next week emoticon

Hi Ladies!
I did sculpt and cardio axe today! I will be doing sculpt and high and tight tomorrow...I took yesterday off to go new laptop shopping. My other one was stolen from my home two weeks ago emoticon But I definitely upgraded with the new sony vaio touch screen emoticon Not that I don't miss my other laptop...Windows 8 is verrry different.
Anywho...I hope you all are pushing play with me emoticon

Ahhhhhh, I'm struggling to keep going. Yesterday I wanted to stop halfway through my workout so badly, but I just pushed through it.
I'm starting to feel a lot tighter, but, only about a lb lost. The boyfriend seems to think I've lost weight, so I'm assuming I lost some body fat, which is awesome!!!!
I can't wait until March 23rd until it's all done, results motivate me, so I need to see some real change!!!
So, I'm planning on purchasing the Master Series as a follow up tho these 60 days.
And then after that, I hope I reach my goal weight and then I only have to maintain.
Working out 6 days a week is really really hard. I want to find a program where we work out maybe 4 days a week. That's more doable as a long-term thing. Coming home from work at 7 and doing a whole 90 min workout until 9 something is just not sustainable...

Hi Gavinha - way to go on the pound lost and the way you are starting to feel! It sure sounds like the results you are looking for are finding there way! Keep it up - you can do it!
If you are working out that late in the evening, you may want to try working out in the morning. Or doing one in the morning and one when you get done with work...just a thought. Another option might be changing your days off. You might want to try and do your regular Saturday workout plus one more workout and then workout on Sunday. That way you can have a break during your work week.
I am at work by 3 am and usually home before 4pm. I try really hard to get my workout done right when I get home. This way, I have the evening to still do the regular household stuff and do any other errands before it gets too late. Saturdays I try to have my workouts done before 11 am, so I can go do fun things all day emoticon
Anywho, I sure hope the rest of you ladies are continuing to push play and starting to see results! I am sure others are noticing even if you are not. I plan on doing a weigh in on Saturday...but we'll see if that happens.

Anyone still out there? I'm still here and working out. I actually did Monday plus one of Tuesday's on Monday and did the second Tuesday workout and sculpt today, so tomorrow I will try to do another 3. I am going to see if I can find a more enjoyable schedule rather than working out 6 days a week. So, I'm making my way through week 5 and I hope them rest of you are hanging in there as well! The end is almost in sight!!! KEEP PUSHING PLAY emoticon
