Hello My name is RIchard. I will soon become a beachbody coach. Im very excited about that. My question is regarding Shake-O. I'm going to be starting Round 2 of Insanity and pretty much running the Insnaity/Asylum Guanlet for the nex several months with doing the programs and the hybrid programs. Well anywho, onto my question. I plan on doing my workouts in the morning shortly after I wake up and get up and around. I'm thinking I should take the Shake-O for B-Fast after my morning workout. Do you agree?

I do Shake-O with a banana before my morning crossfit workout and it gives me enough energy to get through it without the jitters. I've tried fasting and having it after, but I just lack energy without it. Good luck!
