It really depends on the individual. I myself prefers to do my workouts in the early in the morning. I tend to get a better calorie burn and there are no distractions. Just my preference. You need to find out what time of day best suites you.

I do them in the evening and before dinner. I've tried doing it in the morning but lacked the energy to push hard. It's really up to you.

Whenever you can. We do it in the evening before dinner. I have also done a few in the morning if I knew I was going to be late getting home. I prefer early, my wife prefers late. We know who wins.

I hit insanity in the evening immediatly after work. Any frustrations during the day get converted into energy for the workout. It works well for me that way.
