I'm also new to BBL! I just finished Day 1 of week 2.

I was SO uncoordinated for the first week, but I'm starting to get the moves down a little better, and I notice I can do lower squats now. I wish we could do this in a group setting! I know I could push myself harder. How is it going for you guys? Are you doing anything in addition to BBL (swimming, walking, jogging, etc.) or just the program itself?
