I am 46 and 4ft 11in and looking to lose about 15lbs. I am in my third week of Turbo Fire, doing the prep workout, still having hard time getting through the 45 minute workout, but I have gone from 25 minutes to 30 minutes this week so will soon be there. I am a mother that works part time with a 7yr old and 10yr old, we have two cute dogs that I walk everyday and I get to walk the kids to school everyday which helps burn more calories.

Keep it up. Do your best and forget the rest. In time, the moves will become easier and memorable. I didn't get the moves and choreography down until my 3rd month. No matter who clumsy and uncoordinated I felt or looked, I did it cause it made working out fun! Keep pushin' play, and you'll see and feel amazing!
