QUESTION about the SCHEDULE
QUESTION about the SCHEDULE
2/6/13 11:25 PM
Hi everyone, the schedule of ten minute trainer is just 4 weeks for the getting started calendar and then the accelerated results would be the hardest correct? and if you just want to do the getting started schedule do you just re do and re do it the 4 weeks or how does that go? thanks so much in advance! emoticon

The Getting Started and Accelerated Results calendars are both 28 days. If you wanted you could do the Getting Started and then start the Accelerated Results. Or you could do Getting Started and then repeat it. I think either would work. Another way to increase the challenge over time is to start with 1 workout per day then the second time through do two workout per day and then do three per day the third time.

I hope that helps.

Best,
Theresa

Ditto TheresaCassino. The schedules are named correctly. Accelerated results incorperate 3 new and more difficult wo's into the rotation. there is almost no upper body in the "getting started" schedule. "Getting started" has an upper only wo. If you are new to exercising it will be difficult at first. It really is an ntense wo since you are going thru chest, shoulders, triceps, and back in only 10 minutes. Press pause as needed.

Core Cardio will take a while to master. and total body 2 is more intense as well.
