Day 4 Lunch:

Much better attempt than last night!
Sushi Tips (not that I am any good, but this was a better attempt):
1) Use warm/sticky rice (vs cold/out of fridge pre-cooked rice)
2) don't try to force too much into the roll.
3) SHARPEN YOUR BLADE, this will help avoid tearing when you cut the sushi
4) transfer the sushi roll to the plate before trying to cut it!
5) Don't try to slice the sushi pieces too thin
Also, I noticed some hash marks on the nori and I was going with that grain when rolling, but now that I am thinking about it...maybe you are supposed to roll AGAINST that grain and use those hash marks for where you cut the sushi!?
Lentil Lime Salad:
I am using split green peas instead of green lentils since they were out of them at the store. Not a huge fan, hoping the green lentil version will be better.
Looking forward to trying Quinoa tonight for dinner!
