Recommended Protein Powder
I need to simplify my diet. Long story short, even though I've laid out a meal plan for the program it's simply too hard to follow. I need to take baby steps and ease my way into clean eating, otherwise I'm just going to crash and burn and go COMPLETELY off course - it hasn't happened yet, but I can see it coming if I don't make my life a little easier!

I have some ideas, and one of them includes finding a really good brand of protein powder. I've NEVER used anything like this before and am completely clueless. In a perfect world I would LOVE something odorless and tasteless - does this exist, hahaa.

There is a GNC in the subway tunnel on the way to and from my office, so preferably I'd like to get it from there.

Any suggestions?

Really I just want something I can't taste - as I'm going to be adding it to a lot of different foods (drinks, oatmeal, muffins, etc). I doubt there is anything like this though emoticon

I can't say this with 100% confidence and you can't get it at GNC but you might go to the body beast boards and ask if perhaps the base shake might be what you are looking for. Sounds like it would be a good fit.

I got some ideas for you. Unfortunately I am not allowed to post outside links on the message board threads. If I do, they will just be erased by the moderators. With that said, give me a shout ans I will send you the information. When you reach out to me, let me know if your vegan. That will be important to know emoticon

Yes, there's an almost entirely tasteless protein powder I can recommend for you. Remember, no protein powder is "entirely" tasteless, but this is as good as I have ever found: NOW Sports Whey Protein Isolate. You'll have to Google it, bc I think they discourage outside links in here. Hope that helps emoticon

I would recommend Optimum Gold Standard Whey Protein. The flavors aren't that bad. I'm a fan of double chocolate. I know that if you order it off GNC online then you get a ridiculous discount on the 5lb tub. Hope that helps.
