Again ya its pretty nice a pain in the butt to input stuff into though. But does anyone have any actual help regarding my question?
When I was looking for 3500 calories per day I would have at least 2 shakes per day and I was adding a 2-3 scoops of Mass Builder to each shake, these were approx 200 calories per scoop. Maintaining your macros is tough and you have to be very disciplined to get them just right. I won't use the portion method I just run it all through MFP. Also there is a barcode scan button in the app that you can use for anything not already in the database
