I am almost complete with my second week. So far it is exciting to get up every morning and see what I can accomplish. Making all of the meals is kind of a chore. Anybody else near the end of the second week of their journey?

It is still pretty difficult to keep up with the group on tv! I feel like I have already made huge steps in my endurance though. Not to memtion eating food that is much better for me. If nothing else, I have exposed myself to many foods I would not have normally tried because of the impression "low fat means yuck!". My goal was to improve performance/indurance loose a few pounds and a few inches, and I lost 5 pounds and 1 1/2" the first week. Can't wait to take the fit test Monday to see where I am at.

great...don't worry about keeping up with them as you will see they don't even make it all the way through without breaks themselves...key is to improve a bit each time...you are on your way...let me know if you need any assistance...

I just started on the 4th of january. Today is my first day off. I expected crazy and got crazy. Certainly hope to hang longer with the activities in week 2. I remain motivated.

Thanks for the encouragement. Although, i meant to say February, not January. I started day 1 of week 2 today with Carido and Power. I was better than the first time, but, the video still won this round! I'll keep pushing.

Duane - Hang in there, my second fit test is tomarrow, I couldn't help but weigh in and measure today. So far in two weeks I am down 8 lbs and 2.5 inches.... crazy.

I will be taking this challenge to the end. Good luck!
