LMP workout buddies 9 - 18 Feb
Hi,

I'm Cat and I'm about to start LMP this Monday 11th. I'm looking for people to go through the programme with for accountability, motivation, etc. I've just 'finished' Insanity (got to week 7 and then burnt out) and now I'm looking to get back to my beloved weight training. I've never done LMP before and I'm really excited to start this programme! I'm hoping to lose 15-20lb to reach my goal weight and increase my muscle mass / decrease my body fat percentage. Insanity really improved my cardio conditioning but I actually lost muscle and increased body fat!!! I'll be following the nutrition guide and I've also signed up for club membership so I'll be using the BB meal planner as well.

On my off days I'm planning on running (I signed up for a 10k for the end of June), doing yoga, and doing Insanity when it's too cold to go running (I live in Quebec and it's -24C outside at the moment). I'm really looking forward to having some workout variation finally!

If anyone is interested in joining the thread then don't be shy!

Hi Cat,

I just started today as well. I tried TurboFire for about a week and realized that it wasn't for me. I'm hoping that I'll stick to LMP. I did like it today, even though I didn't really feel it was that tough of a workout.

Today was my first day with LMP too!

It wasn't that tough today being the first day, but I expect more later.
My legs are already sore though.

Hey! Nice to not be the only person here. Lol. I had day 2 today. Was meant to be my rest day but I won't have time to workout tomorrow so I switched the days around and did Day 3 Pump Challenge today. My thighs were sore from yesterday and now my butt and triceps have joined in with the fun so really looking forward to resting tomorrow!

Well, yesterday was my last workout of week 1 of LMP. I really enjoyed it but I'm looking forward to starting week 2 tomorrow and having a go at the new workout. My abs are sore from yesterday's Hard Core Abs, which is really surprising. It wasn't anywhere near as hard as P90X Ab Ripper X but the good side is it meant I was able to concentrate on my core as I did the exercises. So I guess that worked!
