SNAP! im doing insane abs too - instead of cardio abs. tried it yesterday after plyometrics to see if i could do it. wow what a workout - still feel sore now!!

i did insane abs the other day, and man my ribs are still sore this morning!
wow. what a workout, will be doing insane abs over cardio abs thats for sure. i want those results!

another side note, i did the max int sports training this morning (instead of core cardio balance). wouldnt say it was a "tougher" workout (still tough, dont get me wrong), but it was just longer with more 30 second rests between exercises.

will continue to push play for those results... goooo us! hahaha

So when is the recovery week supposed to come in? On the insanity program calender it shows week one through four then has recovery week and its then week 5. So where does the recovery week come in?

man the max int sports training is long, and its hard.
bronco jumps are hard.
getting some nice definition and flattening of the midsection stomachc, so really , really happy today, by end of week should be good and another month will get me the body i want
