I wanted to post my progress in my P90x journey. I always see pictures of day 1 and day 90 but not a lot of in between. I was starting to get discouraged because I'm not at my rock hard abs stage yet, but I have made considerable progress. Before I started I was out of shape. I still can't get all the way through all the workouts, but I am getting better. I hope this will be proof that it can be done. I started at 260 and now I weigh 232. I am a registered nurse and I work 12 hour shifts but I am finding the time and motivation to do this and take it seriously. I never thought it would be possible because I am the laziest person I know, but my lifestyle is changing and if you push yourself you can do this!!!!! This is my day 1 to day 40 shot! Hope this helps some people out!
