I've done the full reset before so I have all the meal planning things but I don't have any of the supplements. Will this really hinder my progress a huge amount or does it just help to push progress along? If I skip the supplements should I work out a bit more to compensate?
Hi courtiee,
To get the best results, you should do the program how it was designed. The supplements are a part of the program for a reason. Also, it's not recommended that you exercise during the UR. You are on a caloric deficit and exercise will ruin the intended program.
