I am having problems with my DVDs, my first package (Insanity) came slightly damaged and a couple of DVDs were not working right. The customer service replaced one of them very graciously, so that I can continue working out. Now I've ordered the Les Mills Combat series and although the DVDs were in perfect shape and I am taking extremely good care of them, one of them has starting skipping (it was working fine and does not appear to be scratched)
Does anyone else is having the same kind of pb?

Agreed, contact customer service. As long as you purchased it through Team Beachbody, you'll be good!

One thing I do is I rip mine to my Laptop and burn working copies of the DvDs and use my originals as my gold standards hehe. Makes life easy and also when I let a friend borrow a burned copy of a routine, I can still be able to push Play. Just make sure you get them back!
