just finished chest and back and I could from the very first group of exercises my strength was not at the level it was when i did this routine back in mid december. Since I'd have been previously doing the past 60 days of Les Mills Combat. Though its a fun routine it just lacked the muscle blasting that P90x has. Total pushups 388. I somehow got stronger as routine went a long in the pushup department. I've always been great at pushups while the pullups in this routine always smoke me. Total pullups a very disappointing 50

Goal for next week 400 pushups 55 pullups. I figured I could do a few more pushups in every set and goal of 1 more pullup in every set. Instead of doing ARX today after chest and back I threw in Cardio Abs from Insanity. I haven't done that routine in at least a year. I forgot how it has. I've got a million different ab routines so after every strength routine I'll just be doing whatever ab routine I feel like. Since ARX gets boring after a while. Just finished my results and recovery formula. Left arm still feels a bit funny from that horrible tetanus shot. Tomorrow is another day and its going to be brutal one in Vertical Plyo from Asylum...That warmup always is the hardest part along with the single leg power jumps.
