Hey everybody, i'm 18 and i'm starting a p90x/insanity hybrid program and need some people to message me every day or every other day just to get me motivated(weekends are my weakness) because i want that 6-pack and to tone my body for the beach season. I want to post weekly pictures just to keep me motivated so if you want to help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Also i'm taking whey protein right after my workout for sort of breakfast before school if you have other suggestions about what to take and when please message me or post on here. starting tomorrow wish me luck.
