Hi all. Just starting the recovery week after an 11lb weight loss in month one. My question is on month 2 you can swap the recovery work out for max interval sports; does this mean you can do sports interval on recovery week instead of core cardio and balance??

Hi,

Congrats on your weight loss in month 1, that is fantastic. I would not swap anything in recovery week. They put it there for a reason, to recover, so I would follow it the way it should be followed. Yes, it does get a bit boring I know but I would do it. I would not swap them out though, your body really does need to recover. You know? If you have anymore questions feel free to ask. Again, congrats on your amazing results so far.
