Hey everyone, just looking for some good advice.
I have completed a round of Insanity and continued on with Chalean/Insanity Hybrid. I am on the last week of Month 2 of Chalean Extreme/Insanity Hybrid and I am looking ahead to my next workout schedule.
I love the 30 lbs I dropped with Shaun T. and now Chalean is getting me ripped. I want to continue my journey by maintaining my fitness level and my newly sculpted body.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
I am a little worn out by Insanity and could use a break. I was thinking of another round of Chalean with TurboFire...I need some opinions...please help!!!!
