Cool down between main workout and Ab Ripper?
I have seen a few answers to this question but I didn't see an answer that completely addressed my question. If I am planning on doing Ab Ripper immediately after main workout is it wise to do cool down and then Ab Ripper or go straight into Ab Ripper and cool down after both workouts?

You will find different answers because everybody is different and you need to do what better adapts to your situation . I will rest about 5 minutes and do the ABRX, other will do it in the afternoon , others won't rest at all, other will do it before the main workout, so just do what works for you.

I typically do the cool down as it is different muscle you are working and I think they need to be stretched. Never underestimate the importance of stretching and flexibility. It seems small, but you will be thankful later!

Cheers!

As stated above whatever works for you but don't want to be cold when you start it. The closer to your main workout the better.

This is just my preference, but I like to do the warmup for the main workout, whatever it be that day, then do ARX, then do the workout

I know that you should do what works best for you, but I guess I am wondering what did the developers (Tony Horton) intend.
