In the next 40 days I will start and keep a journal of how i`m feeling everyday. I used to be an emotional eater(eat when stressed, or tired,and when I dont see results sometimes I tend to give up and just eat anything) So my goal for the next 40 days is to really identify my feelings and indicate why or if i am truly hungry for a snack. I think pinpointing the real triggers will help me work on my healthy eating habits.
