buddy missouri tone up p90 x week 5

I'm on day 36 of p90x and am just wanting someone to talk to on here thats around the same time in the program. I live in Missouri, am 23, married to a Marine with no kiddos! I'm not seeing big changes yet and I'm starting to get discouraged. I'm 5'6" 135lbs, and really just want to tone up and shed some flab. I've never been a big fitness person, but I'm trying to become one!

Did you find any buddies? I'm not doing P90X and haven't done it yet. But hope to in the future. I do know a few who are doing P90X who post on Facebook for accountability and support. Let me know if you want to hook up with them. Hope you do find others who can push you through and you will see changes. Work on the nutrition and keep pushing play. Challenge yourself in increasing intensity. Keep it up!

Hi,I'm not doing P90X now, but I finished the program about 6 months ago, so if you just want to talk and motivate each other, just let me know. Sometimes we eat too few calories for the workouts we do, so double check that, maybe try keeping a food journal. I always try to remember it didn't come on in 30 days and it wont come off in 30 either. Have fun with it.

Hello Klpears08,
Is this your first beachbody workout program? Are your following the P90X Nutrition plan? In fitness 80% of the results come from nutrition and the rest from the workouts, you need to get your nutrition right to get the most out of the program otherwise results will be slow.

What are your goals? How much weight do you want to lose?

First thing we need to do is determine your goal, then from there we adjust your nutrition based on them. If you need help i will be happy to get you on the right track to success.

Let me just introduce myself, i have been doing Beachbody programs for a few years now, i have gone through P90X, P90X+, P90X2, Body Beast, Tony Horton 1 on 1 and have done a few hybrid with Insanity, les mills pump,etc...I know the P90X program as i have done 5 rounds of it, it is a very intense and fun program, one of my favorite beachbody program.

I have added you as a buddy, let me know if you want me to get you started right.
