My P90x 1 month & 10 days progress...
I threw in some of my own additional chest exercises to ensure a little more bulk of the chest... but I'm pretty happy with my 1 month results so far...

Haven't been following the nutritional guide at all. Since 10 days ago I stepped up my calorie intake by about 700 calories aday(to around 1800-2000cal aday). I noticed while I was gaining muscle, my results and reps I could do was actually decreasing, meaning my muscle was likely eating itself. I tend to go pretty extreme in my workouts.

Oh man, Thats awesome and in only 1 month. Im starting p90x tomorrow and i hope to get awesome results like you emoticon

Just remember, you get out what you put into it. Be sure you don't just go through the motions... give it your absolute all. Even if you think you're out of energy at the end of a work out... redo some of the exercises... just find out how far you can push yourself.

@Xtensity - what a result so far and you're not even done with the program yet. I can't imagine how great the end result would be. Way to go!
