If you are on the fence, get off it, preferably on the side of the Ultimate Reset. I am not overstating this when I say that this program in 3 weeks TRANSFORMED MY MIND, after years of slow growth to a healthy mindset. Food is healing, food is good, food can be your best friend, but in a healthy way. The reset alters your perspective.
I did see physical progress (lost 8 lbs during the 3 weeks) during the UR, but more importantly the habits and commitment has continued. I am about 4 weeks post reset and continuing to eat primarily vegan, all clean, whole foods, and feel the best physically that I’ve probably felt ever.
