Hey, I just started month two of insanity today and I have exactly a month before I go visit my boyfriend in Florida. I will obviously be spending a lot of time in a bikini so I want to look good. I'm already somewhat fit (I will post pictures) but you can only really see what little definition I have in my stomach if I suck it in and flex. I was just wondering if it was possible for me to have abs by the end of this workout? I am following the diet plan to a tee and probably even more than I need to. I know abs are made in the kitchen but is a month too short of an expectation. I am 19 years old, 5'4 and weigh exactly 130. My weight hasnt changed since I started insanity, which I am okay with since weight really doesn't matter to me.

It is possible. It looks like your not to far away. You wont have six pack abs but you can definitely have some definition if you are eating clean! Most of your results will come in the second month of Insanity anyways! Just keep pushing play and stay true to the diet and you will see the results!

Chalean Extreme has a better ab program than Insanity or P90X.

Right, I just kinda want a flat stomach with some definition so I'm hoping to get that. I'm on day 3 of month two and I definitely feel sore in my core area which makes me happy because I feel like my abs are working the entire workout. It's getting hard to follow the diet but I'm sticking to it. All I can think about is junk food lately.

Whenever I feel like I just can't stand it without junk food anymore I'll eat something with natural sugars in it, like pineapple or mandarins. Your body may really be missing sugar so I suggest finding something healthy yet tasty to replace it.

I do agree that diet is a HUGE part of it.

You can have abs from working out but how will you see it under fat? I recommend following the meal plan but I have taken a different approach to my health in the past year. I am mostly on a whole food plant based diet. I do eat my wings and lobsert and shrimp and steak from time to time but try not to more than once a week. I have taken on vegetable and fruit jucing and while I feel off the work out band-wagon fo rthe past 6 months I am naturally slimmed my love handles and stomach down.

To be short, stay away from processed foods and add more raw fruit and veggies in your diet, dig deeper and you will get there faster. For more infomation watch Food Matters, Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, Engine 2 Diet, and The Gerson Miricle on Netflix. Don't get put off if its to much change at first. Good luck!

Oh and the vegan shakeology is awesome.

Wonderwoman- Hang in there and keep at it. Keep your diet in check and trust the program is working. Dig deep and the results will come. Don't give up or doubt!
