Hi guys i just want to ask why my sides hurts while exercising there might have been lots of threads talking about this but just for the sake of saving time, i just made a thread.

Im too scared of imagining appendicitis...well its a possibility right? or maybe just side cramps or anything?

*are there any pre workout stretches or any tips to get rid of the side "pains" while exercising because really its just a capital D R A G because i keep on taking breaks. Please and thanks!

Go to google and do an image search on human anatomy. Determine what muscle(s) are causing you pain. It could very well be your oblique but you looking at a picture would probably verify it.

If it were appendicitis you'd know by now. My big question for you is how soon before you work out are you eating? And are you keeping yourself hydrated?
