Hi guys i just want to ask why my sides hurts while exercising there might have been lots of threads talking about this but just for the sake of saving time, i just made a thread.
Im too scared of imagining appendicitis...well its a possibility right? or maybe just side cramps or anything?
*are there any pre workout stretches or any tips to get rid of the side "pains" while exercising because really its just a capital D R A G because i keep on taking breaks. Please and thanks!
