Insanity Workout and Core Workouts
Hello everyone,

I have a quick question to see what everyone else does for the days they have a regular workout and a core workout scheduled on the same day.

Currently, I complete my normal workout and then I take a break and drink my results and recovery formula and then jump right into the Core workout.

Some alternatives I have thought of are to complete the normal workout and jump straight into the core work out or to complete my normal workout and then do the core workout at a later time during the day.

I am open to suggestions here so please feel free to let me know what you think would give me the optimum results and help me DIG DEEPER.

I don't think you can go wrong either way. I personally prefer to do it all at one time. The main reason is that I'm not a morning workout person, so I workout when I get home from work. I might take a couple of minutes to mix my recovery drink and have a little bit but then I jump right into the core workout.

I ALSO PREFER TO DO IT ALL AT THE SAME TIME BECAUSE MY BODY AND MUSCLES ARE ALREADY WARMED UP. BUT I AGREE I DONT THINK YOU CAN GO WRONG EITHER WAY.
