Hi
Last night I started the insanity program only could do about 20 minutes just past the stretches is this normal?
What should I do ie carry on with the first cd until I can do it all or battle on with the second cd.
Even though I ache I really enjoyed it.

First off, GREAT job committing to Insanity! It is a super tough, but well worth it program!

Now as far as what you should do is take a look at the pace of the workouts you are going! Now keep in mind do NOT force yourself to go at their pace! They are insane in those dvds! Focus on going at a pace where you can complete it, and modify, modify, MODIFY so that you can try and make it through the entire dvd, and take breaks when you need them! Trust me you can do this, and we are all here cheering you along every step of the way!

Hey Mark! Well, you know the program is tough when the warm up is like it's own workout =) You're doing great!! I'd move on to the next workout in the program BUT modify like crazy this time so that you can make it through. Don't kill yourself doing everything at their pace. Do the whole workout at your pace. If you need to take a walk around the den, take a walk around the den. These guys on the DVD have done Insanity...probably many, many times, so you aren't expected to keep up with every rep day 1. I did the same thing, but I did continue with the next workout on the calendar. I just paced myself for the rest of the workouts. Congrats by the way!! You will be so impressed when you do your next fit test!!

Hey Mark!

This is pretty normal I would say. Definitely move along with the schedule and keep going. I would suggest to stick with the whole video and just do what you can. You'll see big time improvements as you keep going.
