Hi!

You will be just fine just push play and do what you can! The first step is the hardest and before you know it 60 days has flown by and you will be wondering why I did not do this sooner! I am doing Asylum right now. If you would like to buddy up that would be great. I sent you a buddy invite. Get your first workout in and let me know how it went. You CAN do this!! Believe in yourself!

Stay strong!

Chris

Hello Kenna, If you need someone to keep you accountable and need help getting your nutrition right, or any questions about your program i can help you.

Insanity is a very extreme program that will give your great results if you can stick to the workouts and the nutrition plan.

Let me know if you need any help.

You have a great reason/goal in front of you...keep that top of mind...don't try to keep up with the kids on the video as you will see they don't even complete them without breaks and they have been doing the program for a while. Take the fit test and concentrate on your form to start out. Challenge yourself to do just a little better each time and before you know it you will be amazed at how far you came. Make sure you focus on your eating habits too...very important to meet your goals. Drink plenty of water and take breaks when you need to.

You can do this!
