Just finished up Insanity yesterday and feeling pretty good! My fit test results were pretty good, showed some definite imporvement from day 1.
Day 1 / Day 63 results
Switch kicks: 132 / 152
Power Jacks: 54 / 60
Power knees: 96 / 125
Power jumps: 48 / 70
Globe jumps: 9 / 10.25
Suicide jumps: 12 / 18
Pushup jacks: 17 / 28
Low plank Obliques: 65 / 58 (Who goes down in a category? ha)
I actually only lost 2 lbs during the first month, but gained that PLUS some back during the second month. surprisingly, as of yesterday I weighed in 5 lbs heavier than when I started. However, my endurance did increase and I feel more agile, I also went down a couple of pant sizes. It's true what they say, after you complete Insanity, any other workout becomes easy. Next on the agenda is to tighten up my lose skin from previous weight loss, and build some lean muscle. I'm contemplating on doing the first month of Insanity over again then move on to RushFit.
