I am not sure if I should move on from the fat shredder stage to the energy booster phase. I seem to be hungry all the time at this point but I still have plenty of energy to make it through my workouts. I have thinned out but am maintaining my same weight which is fine by me. I'm not really trying to lose weight, I am trying to lose fat.

It sounds like you need to add a bit of calories. If your hungry all the time you might not be eating enough. IF your happy with your weight loss you can move to phase 2 or 3 if you wish. Its up to you and your goals the rest of the way. But make sure your eating enough first! If you need assistance id be happy to help!

If you still need to lose fat, keep in the fat shredder phase. Just be sure you are eating enough calories, at least your BMR.

It sounds like you're happy with your results and where you are right now weight wise. You should not stay in the fat shredder phase for any more than 60 days - high levels of protein can have a negative effect on your kidneys if done for prolonged periods of time.

I would move into Phase 2 now if you are not looking to lose any more weight or if it's been close to 60 days that you have been doing Fat Shredder. this will also help give you more energy with the addition of some added carbs.

What is considered to be a high level of protein? (i.e., number of grams or % of calories?)

I'd say about 60% and more of protein.
