Hello everyone!! I'm new to Team BeachBody and I've been browsing the forum a little and just want to say you are all such an inspiration! I'm looking forward to getting to know you!

My story begins now...

I am 25yrs old and from London (woop!) and although I'm not actually very heavy, I don't do any exercise whatsoever and I'm generally unfit. I'm 25% bodyfat and I've never felt confident. I was always breathing in on the beach in my bikini and running from the camera. I hated seeing photos of myself (especially if they got posted to Facebook... de-tag de-tag DE-TAG!!) and always just wished I was slim and toned the way I wanted. Then I'd eat a bag of crisps. And an ice-cream. And some pizza. And a chicken burger. I have been sabotaging myself my whole life. Enough is enough is enough is ENOUGH!! I am finally going to get the body I have always wanted but never worked for. I am putting down the cakes and pressing PLAY. I took the plunge and ordered Insanity last night. Before I ordered it I was uhmming and ahhhing, 'It's very expensive', 'Will I actually do it?', 'Is it worth it?', 'I have work', 'I hate exercise' etc etc. And then... NO MORE EXCUSES!!! NO.MORE.EXCUSES!! If I don't start making changes now I NEVER will. It's time to get FIT and get those abs!! There will be no 'sucking it in' on the beach this summer, I want to be full of confidence by the time I go away with my amazing boyfriend! So I clicked 'purchase', selected speedy delivery and I can't wait to get started (hopefully be here by Saturday).

I'm trying to make myself as motivated as possible so please add me as a buddy and we can help each other along!

How true is that!!!!! I know this is going to be hard. I know I'm going to want to give up and eat a pizza instead. But not this time. This time I AM GOING TO DO THIS!! Everyone has to start somewhere and for me this begins as soon as that box gets pushed through my front door.

I can't wait to get started! I can't wait to get INSANE!!

I LOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!! That's all it takes!!! NO EXCUSES why you can't or don't have time or anything else! You have a great attitude! You will have obstacles but just stay on this site and take advantage of the tools and you will rock this!! There are tons of people on here willing to help you reach your goals and support you! Good job!! It's tough but sounds like you did a great job! You are so right about the nutrition! Once you get both your workout program and your nutrition in line you will be set up for success! Good job!

When I started Insanity I thought the same thing!!! I thought that shouldn't be too hard...ha! I realized quickly I was fooling myself but the results were awesome!!

I'm new too! Wanting the friendship and motivation. My fit test kicked my ass lol
Couldn't breathe, nauseous, and shaking by the end, but I had a protein shake and watched what I have to face for the next day, and while I am slightly scared, I am also very excited. Good luck to all.

It's time to do my first work out and I'm so tired from work and all the trains were cancelled so it was a nightmare to get home. Ordinarily this is the point where I'd say 'screw it'. But not today. I will get up and do this. It's going to be so tough but I have to give it my best!!!!
