Bit of history about me first. I used to go to the Gym trying to beef up only to increase strength. So Weighted workouts for me was more of a love hate relationship I loved the workout but hated the result (I mean lack of result.)
I used to take supplements including creatine. From memory I would take creatine a couple of hours prior to my exercise.
Reading through the Body Beast book I could not locate the prescribed usage of creatine, besides in the post workout drink.
I am on Block 1 day 11. So far I have gained 1.8kg (3.9lbs) moving from 80kg to 81.8kg
My scales said i have dropped 7kg of fat starting at 21kg of fat down to 14kg of fat
Can anyone please recommend how I can obtain optimal usage of my creatine. I feel that I am using it wrong.

Actually, there is a recommended dosage and you should be dosing to start. for the first 5-7 days...supplement at 20g/day to rapidly increase muscle creatine. This is then followed by a maintenance phase of 2-5 g/day to sustain maximal muscle creatine levels. You may gain an initial 4-5 lbs due to increased water weight into muscles with increased protein synthesis. Normal maintenance dosage of 2-5g/day is safe up to 5 years. If you any kidney problems, you should consult your Doc first.
