This is a Motivation and Accountability thread for all people about to start Power 90 or that have already started. Join us and ENGAGE in helping each other through your 90 day journeys through Power 90. Lets give each other motivation and help keep each other accountable! Post about your workouts, good or bad, and give each other the support you need!

A group like this can help you achieve much better results and keep you on track! It gives you that extra added motivation you may need! Should be a fun group! Anybody doing the Power 90 program is welcome! And ill check in here and help any of you that may have questions! emoticon

Whats up coach. I start tomorrow once I steal my dads adjustable weights.
I am 22, 5-11, 165. Looking to get back into a routine with p90 then move onto p90ms, and p90x. Would like to increase my strength and flexibility for my golf game

Hi! I was thinking of starting P90 since I just finished Hip Hop ABS. I purchased P90 probably over 5 years ago and never completed it. I am not locating a training schedule. Is there one? My only want to lose about 5 pounds but really need to gain strength and endurance. Good luck everyone. Hoping to see you in the AM!

I'm 29, 5'4" and I weight 208. My husaband and I are starting this program together tomorrow. We both want to lose weight and get fit. He is 6'0" and weighs 323. He has never really exercised while I use to exercise some but got out of the habit. Now we both want to change our life styles for good and be healthy. Corrie helped steer us towards power90, so here we go on our journey!! We want to do other beachbody programs after we complete this one.

Thanks! I will be signing in everyday and if someone lets me know whats next that would work too. Just completed the 1-2 Sweat. It is amazing how simple moves can wear you out! have a good day!

anyone use any tools to check calories and how much they lose per day? I use myfitness pal to do that and I also use a fitbit. I think myfitness pal does show "calorie burned" per day if it hits negatives?

Nice Job Fit! It is tough for sure at first but as you get going you will get better and better! And its the simple old school moves in this program that really work! It goes back to the basics! emoticon


Shouryuujo I use Myfitnesspal as well. What do you mean if it hits negatives?

Sweat 1-2 was a good workout. Can tell it might start to get easier in a couple weeks. Is it okay to put some ankle/wrist weights at that time? And can I substitute fat burning express one of the cardio days?

Yessir! Modify to your needs. If its getting to easy definitely add some ankle and wrist weights! During P90X on my second round im going to add a weighted vest to make it tougher on some days!

I am 5'6" and weight 166, very out of shape as it has been many years since I exercised. I started Power 90 on Monday and complete the sculp 1-2 workout this morning. I think it is great that you can modify the exercises to meet your fitness level. I am also doing the strawberry shakeology once a dayemoticon

When I said using myfitness pal being negative in calories I meant that if you eat less and burn calories the negative number would represent the calories lost that day no? I am glad the workout schedule was posted!
