I haven't had a soda in about 3 years, and am committing myself to breakfast daily (I do home visits for an early intervention program starting at 7:30 am). Gave up peanut butter for occasional almond butter, rice for quinoa. I might even be ready to give up my one cup a day of coffee (gasp!). Grateful for good health and the love of family.
