There's a great book I just finished reading called "The Slight Edge" the theory of the book is extremely simple. Every day you have decisions to make, easy ones - simple ones. Like do I work out today. And you can choose the "right" answer each day and daily you would build on the day before - getting better and better. You may not see the results right away but each day it builds.
Or you can choose the "wrong" decision and not workout - at first it wont make a difference, but this too will build and you wont get better (thinner or stronger) but you wont stay the same either - nothing ever days...
Each day ask yourself which way will I go today? and then go PUSH PLAY!
