Looking for a new workout schedule to follow.
I have the Rockin Body work out Dvd, I follow the schedule that it came with. I finish with it and now I am looking for a new way or new schedule to follow. Can some one help me. I have e-mail Shaun T and my "coach" but my "coach" suck big time. Please help me.

I am also up for workout buddies, we can feed of each other and push each other to help reach our goals. Thanks for all your time.

That's the workout schedule it came with, what I am looking for is to start a new one to keep me motivated tru out the second month. I only have the 2 DVD not all of them. Wish I did more research, didn't know that there was more than what I have. Thanks for your time and help.

Are you into doing any other fitness activities other than Rockin' body, such as running, sports, or anything like that. Perhaps a schedule of alternating workouts with an activity like that or something like Zumba could help keep things from going stale. You can also try taking a look at something like turbojam that is a little bit of punching and kicking and a little bit of dance and mix the two program together.

So did the RB really help you? Did u use it everyday? Also how many pounds did you drop as well as inches.

No problem, I am glad to help anyone that is looking. I try to get people the same results with Beachbody Products I got...I lost 121 lbs and will find out Monday if I am a $5000 quarterly winner.

I LOVE RB it fun, up to day, love the music... I am doing it everyday at the same time. I don't know how much I lost or how much inches I lost, but I feel it working, the way I walk, the jeans fit better ( not lose yet ) but feel better. My goal is to do Insanity. It only took 30 days to see it drop, U have to stick to it & work it like it was hot!! Try it & I bet you will love it.
