I feel like I have a long way to go but I gotta say I really like TJ and am already enjoying working out again. I am sore though.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Just try having a recovery drink after your workout. This will help with your soreness.

TJ is so much fun, I find it very easy to keep consistent. I'm glad you found something to get you excited about exercise! As for the soreness, I find that if I take the time to stretch really well after working out, that it helps A LOT. Good luck, and KPP!

Awesome!!!! TJ is what did it for me as well! LOVE it! I've been doing it for two months now, but more so recently, and am loving the results! emoticon I'm obsessed with getting the moves JUST RIGHT lol so I keep doing them over and over and over! emoticon Go girl and you got this! Keep us posted on how it's going, progress, etc! I'd love to know! emoticon
