Day 1 starts for me today with Fire 30/Stretch 10 tonight when I get home from work!
@RHHR - I signed up for the TurboFire 90 day challenge on facebook too! I was a little apprehensive about posting horrid Day 1 photos online that who knows where they are going, but I'm taking a leap of faith!
@Kabukikitten77 - For the diet plan, I'm going to start with a tracking an daily intake of 50%Protein/30%Carbs/20%Fat which I will track on myfitnesspal. I want to start that way because I know my body reacts to that, but if I find I'm a little low on energy I may change it to 40P/40C/20F. I'm also starting with a shakeology cleanse that I'm starting today because when I have done it in the past, it really helps with getting rid of cravings!
BTW....if anyone wants to friend me on myfitnesspal, my user name is 'nevergvnup' on there also. I could really use the accountablilty with nutrition!
