is there a special way to create a hybrid between two programs? my friend is trying to do a hybrid between p90x one on one volume 3 (v-sculpt,ubx,plyocide,mc2 yoga,base+back), p90x+ with mabye some p90x original thrown in. Is there a special formula for this or can someone create one?

You can do whatever you want, but my suggestion would be to follow the more classic P90X or P90X2 outline of resistance - non resistance every other day.

I agree with the post above! The great part about the volume three of one on one is that it was prep workouts for what was going into P90X two. What I might suggest doing is taking the P90X classic calendar and sub out the workouts with similar ones from the one on one vol3 series. Perhaps do week one as written, in week to sub out the MC2 yoga for fountain of youth yoga, and plyocide, and Kenpo Cardio Plus from the P90X+ disk. Then week three, go back to the scheduled plyo, yoga, and kenpo but switch the resistance workouts for the one on one counter parts or workouts that are similar to it.

I've done this Insanity / P90X Hybrid with a few modifications. Take a look at the original.
