P90X Nutrition on a budget?
P90X Nutrition on a budget?
calories diet budget groceries nutrition plans cheap

I've been doing a lot of research on the p90x nutrition plans, and I'm becoming increasingly overwhelmed with it all. I don't have the time to sit around counting my calories all day, I am a student and a part time employee. However, the portion plan seems to be the only manageable plan for my budget. I'm 18 years old, I work a minimum wage job, and my family is not participating in the diet with me, so I have to buy all my groceries separately, and I can't afford to be spending even $100 a week. If anyone has any tips or ideas for me, it would be greatly appreciated!

I know it seems expensive. I cringed the whole first month at the prices I was paying then my cousin turned me onto the store Winco where you can buy in bulk without the major costs and the best part is there's no memberships or fees. I bought two pounds of oatmeal for 94 cents and bags of frozen chicken are under $20 and will last a couple weeks. They have great prices on rice as well. Hope this helps!

You'll do fine with $100 per week. Skip the expensive supplements and focus your buying on healthy, simple, whole foods. It'll probably cost less than what you are doing now.
