Feeling good but no improvements in my fit tests
So i just finished my fourth fit test of the insanity workouts. I am a little disappointed because I cannot get more than 60 switch kicks. I have gotten the same number 3 times now. I don't stop at all during the minute, guess I just need to do it faster. Anyone else having that issue?

A lot of the moves in the Fit Test require fast twitch muscle recruitment to complete. Not every body has a majority of fast twitch muscle fiber. There are people who are sprinters and there are people who run distance. A sprinter will be lousy in a marathon and a marathoner will not have the best time in the 100. It may be that you have more slow twitch muscle fibers and are better suited to distance or endurance type of exercises. This doesn't mean that you won't improve at quick movements it will just take longer. The plyometric workouts in Insanity will help you become as quick as you can. Good luck. How are your other exercises in the Fit Test going? During the workouts are you noticing improvement on being able to go harder or keep up?
