It appears that the link that is provided for us to put in our rep ID just brings customers to P90X - not the Challenge Pack! Can this be fixed????

How about for the people who already have shakeology on autoship but would like to purchase P90X2? Would you suggest cancelling the shakeology autoship followed by purchassing the package to get it back? Or is there an option to only be billed the 180$ for the month and not the additional 130 or w/e for shakeology? Because people might already be on shakeology and not want to buy it twice.

how does this work do the clients order everything in the shopping cart and bundle it together or is there a link that adds everything together? I am thinking they order it together and the shopping cart will reflect the price? Not quite sure how this works =P

The link provided will take customers to the Challenge Pack. If you are signed in as a coach, you will not be able to see the page.

so all we need to do is direct our customers to one of the 2 links with = and our coach ID #? this will allow customers to order and give us (coaches) the credit?

Check your COO/My Business/My Forms & Documents and scroll to one of two Blue Topics:
Personalize Product Links and/or Product Links (which is the last topic on that page).

As has been pointed out earlier, these links then go to the Challenge Packs BUT Only for non-coach and coaches who are signed-out.
And all others, i.e. Coaches who are signed-in, will see the products separately as you noticed.
