Insanity results (24 Male)
Insanity had me on the ground dying after every work out. I am not going to lie I missed a couple in month 2. It was not nearly as enjoyable to me as month 1. The moves just seemed more awkward and harder to master the form. I am hoping my next round I will not miss a single day. Guess I should join an accountability group. I did not lose much weight but I think my body changed. Here is a pic of before:

and here is one today:

Excuse the dirty mirror lol. I still got a long way to go. I am going to run for a week and then re start for round two!

You know you made some real changes and that's where all your results come from >> YOU!

If you continue 'pushing play', eating clean ... you'll be hot to trot come 'bikini' seasonemoticon

I do understand where your coming from re: month 2 seeming more of a drag than fun...I thought about this and for me it was reaslizing that this is all about the journey not just the little blocks of time... if you can find a way to understand that and not see the whole thing as a chore then like me you'll start to enjoy it more.

Don't beat yourself up over a couple of missed workouts or not having a perfect form like the machines....if you look hard enough at the lesson video's you'll notice plenty of bad form, bodies laid out lying on the floor in pools of sweat....don't believe me..take a real close look! and lets face it...if you can keep perfect form throughtout the excercises...you're not trying!

Perhaps doing something else in addition to Insanity that you do enjoy might help?

Good luck with the next round...

Cheers
Dave.
