Maybe this is already here and I missed it, but it would be awesome to be able to track what I have purchased, see my home direct schedule, and update as needed. For instance if I order home direct the shakeology greenberry and realize I need it sooner or don't need it yet, I would like to be able to move the dates around, cancel altogether, and see what else I have ordered. It would also be nice to track my feelings on things (love it, hate it, order more of it). I am new and the updates site is great, so if I am just missing something in plain site, feel free to smack me on the back of the head!emoticon

I emailed my coach and nothing. I am not sure he is actually still here. How do I find a new coach who can help?

You can search for coaches in your homepage on teambeachbody.com. Not all of us coaches are lazy like some...I know I for one ALWAYS respond to my customers' emails the same day that I receive them, and I also like to email them at least once a week for motivation, accountability, etc. emoticon

Thanks Dacia. Color me stupid but I don't see a way to change or search coaches. I was automatically assigned my current coach and don't see an option to change that. I remember there was a function to search coaches on the old lay out but I can't find it now to save my life.

At the top toolbar -> About -> Coaches -> browse coaches

As for picking specific ones, I'm afraid this browse functionality doesn't offer much. Just a lot of no-name coach profiles offering little substance emoticon

It may be easier to go to a favorite forum thread and find someone that's helped you out.

I am sorry to beat a dead horse here, but I still don't see a way to actually change my coach. I have also tried emailing BB through the contact form twice and no answers yet (it's been over a week since the last time I tried). I really need help navigating this place and I can't seem to figure out how to get it. I don't mean to sound like a whiner but a new coach would really help and the message boards are the only function I can get to work! :-)

I think this is a great suggestion. I would like to add that I'd like to see when my next payment for membership is due and when my membership is due to expire, etc. I keep thinking I would see such things under "My Account" but there's absolutely nothing there having to do with my account.

I love the idea of being able to manage my purchases and home-directs via "My account." I ordered home-direct Shakeology over a week ago and have no idea where it's at in the process. My coach told me they got the order, but no clue when it will ship, etc. My coach is great, but I would just like to see this stuff for myself.

BTW, the suggestion about finding a new coach by going to a good thread and finding someone there who is helpful is a good one. I was assigned a coach in the beginning - never heard from her once. Sent her email, and got a reply 3 weeks later. In the meantime, joined a GREAT thread and asked one of the coaches there if she would be mine. She was pleased and told me exactly how to go about it. (Gave me her coach ID#.) Sent the email to TBB and had my new coach the next day!

homedirect email reminders missing something

It's been awhile but I still don't see this option. I'm on homedirect of a couple of products but don't know what/when. I'm getting email reminders from BB and I know that at least ONE of them I am already on homedirect. THIS INFO NEEDS TO BE FRONT AND CENTER IN OUR ACCOUNT, so we don't double ship -- since I think BB's business model doesn't include such.

It should also come up in the store(at least a link to the info) Come on folks, get the programmers going...
