Hi~
i have had a crappy couple of weeks where working out has been on the back burner, not even on the stove, actually. i havent even been on the website. i have done a couple workouts but nothing with the intensity and committment i was doing before. howtobefit(im sorry i dont actually know your name!) i got on the website tonight, went right to this board and started reading. i forgot what a movtivational person you were. reading what you write about exercise and nutrition, taking care of yourself--you truly are an inspiration to me and i am sure you are to others. you make me want to workout to better myself..to make me first for once! you speak from the heart and i just wanted to tell you, your posts do not go un noticed and they help me when i am feeling sorry for myself or if i use the excuse, "i dont have time, i will exercise tomorrow".
i just wanted to say thank you to a person i have never met but someone that has helped me a great deal! i have recommitted myself tonight... thanks to all the great 'board members' for great posts and great inspiration!
