I received Chalean Extreme as a gift and I dint come with a work out calendar.....any thoughts on how and where I can get a workout calendar so I know what to do on which day.

I would try either calling Beachbody customer service and/or Beachbody coach relations to see if you can purchase a copy of the guidebook separately. I'm not sure if they do this or not, but it's worth asking. Let me know if you don't have any luck. I'll do what I can to help you out.

I found the workout sheets on Team Beachbody - the one you can join for free. It took some searching on the site - I think under the Get Fit tab - Fitness tools. There are also P90X workout sheets.

top left of the home page click get fit from the drop down menu click fitness tool from there click workout sheet' you can download all 3 CHX circuts from there you just change circuts evrery 30 days
